- Managing accuracy and completeness of financial statements including daily entries and report preparation
- Assisting upgrade and integration between operating and accounting system
- Recording revenue and cost and reconciling data in operation system with accounting system
- Cash flow management by closely monitoring of bank balances and suggesting fund utilization
- Preparation of payment requests and initiating bank payment instructions
- Proper filing of accounting documents both physically or electronically
- Performing financial analysis and providing solutions for financial improvements
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or other related disciplines
- At least 4-6 years' relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Familiar with computerized accounting system
- Good commands in spoken English and Cantonese
- You will have an advantage if you are
- Knowledge in KINGDEE accounting software
- Have experience in bank/card industry
