Job Description

A well-established trading company in Industrial products over 30 years of history is looking for high caliber candidates for the following positions:


1) Accounts Clerk (Part-time - 3 days per week) 

­­Duties:

  • Assist with general accounting duties and office operational duties
  • Handle account consolidation and follow up payment collection
  • Prepare purchase order, invoice, and data entry to ERP system
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of related working experience
  • Knowledge of the ERP system is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

2) Shipping & Admin. Assistant

Duties:

  • Provide all-round support to the supervisor
  • Assist to handle general shipping documents and accounting work
  • Liaise with factories and clients
  • Internal phone communication with Inside Sales Team in China
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in the shipping/production/logistics/accounting field in a trading firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Well-versed in SAP/ ERP systems will be a plus
  • Willing to roll-up your sleeves 
  • Flexible in accepting assignments
  • A stable working record will be a plus

3) Operation Coordinator  

Duties:

  • Monitor and coordinate all aspects of the production process to ensure the requirements are met with standard
  • Responsible for preparing quotation, purchase order for parts, order processing, & product certificate follow-up
  • Take a prompt act and report to the superior if any problem happened
  • Closely follow up with suppliers, own factory, and related parties for the logistics and transportation arrangement
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Qualification with engineering or related background
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant production coordination or order processing experience in a trading company
  • Experience in metal hardware items will be an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Good in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
