  • Execute all daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, data input and filing;
  • working directly under the Manager to support routine accounting duties and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Cooperate with internal accountant and auditor providing different documents
  • Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
  • Manage Payroll calculation, MPF calculation, leave management.
  • Prepare HR & Admin correspondences for employees, MPF providers, and the IRD.
  • Handle clerical duties with bank, data entry in software, checking, filing.
  • Assist in other regular or ad hoc projects and assignments.

Profile Requirments

  • Diploma or above
  • Independent, strong self-motivation, confidentiality, willing to learn and loyalty essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong in communication and expression, detail-minded and well organized 
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Positive work attitude, able to work independently and willingness to learn and multi-task
  • Recent graduates will be considered
  • Experience in overseas working or studying is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
