The Job

• Assist system implementation / enhancement of financial systems
• Hands on day-to-day accounting operations not limit to AR, AP, GL, FA, Related companies reconciliation, accrual, prepayment etc
• Responsible for month end closing and manage inventory & stock take
• Review financial reports, prepare schedule and other reports
• Assist to liaise with external auditor / tax representative for the preparation of statutory financial reports & tax filling
• Ad hoc project or assignment as required

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in accounting
• Proactive, ability to work independently and good team player
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Capable to meet deadline and willing to roll up sleeve to get the job done
• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proficient in ERP system and MS Excel, experience in using Oracle NetSuite would be added advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Immediately available / short notice is preferable
