Job Description
Job Requirements
- Certificate holder or above in Accounting Studies
- 2-3 years working experience in financial accounting duties
- Solid experience in account payable and receivable functions
- Experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, energetic, self-initiative and good team player
- Familiar with MS Office such as Excel and accounting software
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support on daily accounting operation and bank reconciliation
- Handle payable functions such as issuing cheques and T/T arrangement
- Assist Accountant in full set of accounts and daily bank transactions
- Prepare outstanding statement and update accurate accounting system
