Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Monitor daily accounting operation of oversea subsidiaries, review financial reporting of China, Hong Kong and Latin America and the Caribbean operations.
Perform financial review & analysis, budgeting, planning, capital expenditure and investment return analysis.
Perform consolidation of financial reports of sub-group and report to head office.
Ensure internal control procedures are in place and compliant with group guidelines.
Review costing related report and verify the cause of cost variance and take appropriate actions.
Work closely with internal parties on business operations and process improvement.
Liaise with the external auditor for all the audit related issue and support for annual audit, tax computation and prepare reporting package for external auditors.
Handle ad hoc project and prepare financial reports to support management decision.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Finance Manager.

Requirements

Qualified CPA.
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent.
Strong management reporting and consolidation skills.
Minimum 5 years’ working experience.
Prior audit experience is an advantageous.
Self-motivated, able to work independent.
Strong command in both spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Candidate is required to travel to overseas.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
