Reporting to the Director, Group Finance based in HK, the job holder will focus on performing financial analysis, forecast and reporting. It plays an important role in analyzing company business/financial data and creating financial models for decision support. The job holder can grow and develop his/her career in a forward-looking company with European working culture and a friendly work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong focus on data collection, business process analysis and data presentation
• Monitor control systems to preserve the company assets and results and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Establish an operational manufacturing controlling for our manufacturing plans
• Prepare annual budget, monthly OPEX cost and R&D project control reports, ongoing rolling forecast and monitor company performance
• Establish performance measures and provide meaningful financial analysis and advice to, and work closely with, department heads to drive strategic direction
• Develop business intelligence tools/dashboards to facilitate efficient cross-platform data analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related disciplines. MBA / having professional qualification is an advantage
• Over 7 years’ experience in accounting and finance field
• Experience of manufacturing plant finance controlling is a definite advantage
• Hands-on experience in data visualization tools
• Numeric sensitive, logical and familiar with ERP processes and accounting methodologies
• Detail minded, result-oriented, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken & written English; ability to read Chinese and speak Putonghua is an advantage
• Willing to travel to China and South East Asia and work with a flexible schedule when necessary
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
