Job Duties:

• Handle general accounting duties including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payments calculation and voucher entries
• Perform general administrative and operational duties including but not limited to data entry, filing, answer phone calls, prepare reports and provide clerical and sales support.
• Work closely with internal departments and external parties to ensure smooth operation
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• F.7 or Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in PC operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (knowledge of spoken Mandarin)
• Willing to learn, well organized, good communication skills and good team player
• Candidate who has basic accounting knowledge is preferred
