• Performing data entry for accounting journals
• Handle payments (issuing cheques, expenses claim and reimbursements of petty cash) and performing bank reconciliation
• Recording receipts of funding and preparing & issuing invoices/ debit notes
• Reconciliation of intergroup current account
• Assist in preparation of monthly closing and related schedules for management reports and year-end audit
• Assist in year-end audit and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• LCCI Higher or AAT or Diploma holder or above in Accounting, Finance or business-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in commercial field
• Experience in handling full set of accounts will be a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS office and Flex System is a must
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Stable, well-organized, detail-minded, high level of initiatives at work
• Willing to work overtime if occasionally required
• Immediately available is preferred
