Responsibilities:

• Performing operational review
• Setting up and ensuring proper check and balance. Identify and evaluate the business risks, develop effective controls to address risk area, and monitor the critical risks with timely risk warning.
• Monitoring audit recommendations implementation progress. Conduct internal control assessment and internal audit, prepare report with recommended controls to effectively address findings.
• Advising issues on corporate governance
• Performing other ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit
• Experience of Risk Management, Internal Control or Internal Audit in mainland China or PRC enterprise is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Self-motivated with strong communication and analytical mind, attentive to detail
• Good knowledge in corporate governance, controls and risk management
• Frequent travel to group companies location
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing and retail business
