Job Description:

• Provide compliance advice and support to management and business units;
• Responsible for designing, updating and implementing compliance policies and procedures;
• Monitor local regulatory developments and coordinate with external professions and regulatory bodies such as HKEx;
• Monitor internal control and ESG reporting;
• Handle regular reporting;
• Perform regular review and checking of agreements and documents on compliance level;
• Assist in providing compliance training on related policies and procedures, and promote awareness of compliance culture;
• Occasional travel to PRC

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of solid practical experiences in internal audit and/or compliance;
• Knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements from regulatory bodies such as HKEx is preferred;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Responsible and attention to details
