Job Description
To cope with expanding business, a well-established trading company in Industrial products is looking for high caliber candidates for the following positions:
Duties:
- Provide all-around support to the supervisor
- Assist to handle general shipping documents and accounting work
- Liaise with factories and clients
- Internal phone communication with Inside Sales Team in China
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of working experience
- Experience in the shipping/production/logistics/accounting field in a trading firm
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Well-versed in SAP/ ERP systems will be a plus
- Willing to roll-up your sleeves
- Flexible in accepting assignments
- A stable working record will be a plus
