Job Duties:

• Assist in handling full set of accounting records
• Perform daily accounting operations, including AR/AP, reconciliation of accounts and bank balances, data entry in accounting system, voucher preparation and issuing statement of accounts
• Assist in month end closing and preparation of month end schedule
• To assist in preparation of management reports and analysis
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• DSE or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience
• LCC Level II or above
• Experience in PRC manufacturing is preferred
• Attentive to details, responsible and independent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
