Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operation including payment preparation, data input, vouchers review, accounts receivable & payable, bank reconciliation;
• Responsible for full-set of accounts, including month end closing, assist in year-end audit and taxation matters;
• Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Accounting and Personal Assistant
• Good at Peachtree software
• Good PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Fluency spoken and written of English and Mandarin
• Independent, mature, initiative and team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
