Primary Responsibilities

• Primarily assist to manage overall accounting function, financial/budgetary control, cash flow management and taxation activities
• Review all monthly management accounts and prepare monthly consolidation reports for the management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Improve the operational/internal controls on the accounting process such as financial policy and procedures
• Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

• Degree holder or above in Accounting or Finance disciplines
• Qualified accountant is a must
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field with at least 3 years audit experience in Audit Firm
• Experience working in the securities and/or listed companies
• Sound knowledge in the latest Hong Kong Accounting Standards and taxation reporting requirements and familiar with regulatory requirements such as Listing Rules
• Familiar with MS Windows and accounting software
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, analytical and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
• Immediate available is preferred
