• Prepare financial/management reporting
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for management review
• Review financial reports of overseas subsidiaries and collaboration
• Assist in consolidation
• Assist in group annual/ interim audit
• Handle statutory audit and tax filings for holding companies
• Assist in annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

• University graduate, major in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• Finalist/Member of Accounting Professional organisation (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in consolidation is an advantage
• Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and accounting system – SAP
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Analytical mind, high accuracy and commitment, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
