Job responsibilities 

• Handle daily accounting operation (such as issuing cheques, preparing journal, input data etc)
• Update and maintain the system records.
• Assist to complete audit assignments.
• Generate month end reports (Salary, Commission, etc)
• Assist in office admin duties and other related duties.
• Handle inbound shipping documents

  Job requirement 

• Form 5 or above (Account Clerk)
• High Diploma or LCCI Level 2 holder (Account Officer)
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting or shipping fields
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work under pressure
