Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining external relationships with debt capital providers, investment banking, banking and international credit rating agencies
Assist in structuring of bank finance and communicate with Lenders, Lawyers etc. on financing terms and be responsible for financing documents execution and post-financing management
Assist in risk management, including Vanke Group’s offshore financing capability, exchange rate, interest rate, etc.
Assist in managing of the off-shore funds and maintain financing and treasury IT system
Be responsible for Financial Modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and internal memorandums/ reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above with a major preferably in Accounting, Financing, Legal or equivalent with around 2-3 years relevant experience;
Multi-lingual skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Capabilities to handle multi-tasks
Good Communication and Presentation skills
