Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of regular management reports and analyses, forecast and budget reports;
• Work closely with the external advisers for the statutory reporting and ensure compliance with HK listing rules and other related requirements;
• Set up accounting report packages and internal policies and procedures;
• Assist Group Financial Controller in performing treasury functions and ad hoc projects or assignments;
• Handle tax computation matters, statutory and tax filings;
• Manage and develop subordinates in a wide range of functions.

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline;
• CPA or equivalent professional qualifications;
• Minimum10 years working experience in Hong Kong listed companies of which at least 3 years at supervisory level, and big 4 accounting firms background preferred;
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting and tax practices, solid experience in group consolidation and SEHK regulatory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated performance in people leadership, able to motivate teams to perform effectively and efficiently and handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines;
• Strong analytical and business sense, strong report writing and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
