Responsibilities

• Handle full-set of account including AR/AP, GL and month-end closing
• Conduct payment processing, revenue and expense analysis and inter-company reconciliations
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation reports
• Participate in monthly reports including P&L, balance sheets and cash-flow statements
• Prepare financial packs for external auditors
• Monitor financial performance by reviewing KPI, identifying key trends and opportunities for management's review
• Take part in system/bookkeeping and financial reporting process/internal control/risk management enhancement projects to improve Finance
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting gained from financial or retail industry
• Team-orientated, positive attitude, flexible, open to new ideas and innovative to fit in the fast-paced culture
• Proficient user in Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
