Job Description

Reports to:      General Manager-Sales & Marketing

Summary

Responsible for sales order processing, order book management and provide clerical and administrative support to Sales & Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Require attending as the first contact for enquiries on sales matters
  • Follow up overseas clients inquiries
  • Responsible for local and overseas sales order entry, shipment schedule updating, and follow up on sales order confirmation with clients
  • Prepare Proforma Invoice for overseas clients
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for Sales & Marketing team.
  • Handle ad hoc assignment as when required.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Prepare purchase orders for input into DM catalogue ordering system
  • Handle the sample ordering from Hong Kong & overseas clients and follow up with the delivery
  • Control and monitor the sales order book movement
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales analysis report for sales team

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Marketing or Sales, Business Admin or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration work
  • Strong numerical sense and attentive to details
  • Responsible, pro-active, well-organized
  • Passionate and team-oriented work attitude
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
