Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and business data, identifying trends and variances and recommending actions to management
• Collaborate with various departments to review the business performance, provide advice on adjustment of strategies to ensure that the company are aligned with the company's strategic imperatives
• Review and support financial planning & analysis teams for all FP&A analysis
• Assist senior to prepare and drive the budgeting process
• Develop relevant analysis reporting and analyse key performance indicator to measure business and operation performance
• Perform and maintain full set of accounts
• Assist in ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies
• Complete ad hoc task assignment/project assigned by senior management
• Ensure compliance with the Group and Government policy
• Manage relationship with local government bodies, such as tax bureau, finance bureau etc.
• Provide company secretarial support and responsible for handle of the convention of Board Meeting
• Preparation of management reporting for shareholders

Qualifications

• University graduate with major studies in Finance and Accounting or equivalent
• CPA Qualification of recognized accounting professional bodies
• Minimum 5 years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience working in multi-national corporate is a plus
• Experience in practice of International, HK and PRC accounting standards, GAAP and tax reports
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Strong analytical sense, able to handle multi-tasks and strong problem-solving skills
• Station in Jiangmen is required
