About Our Client:
Our Client is a US based industry leader offering a portfolio of various service solutions worldwide. They are a multi-million dollar business with over 3,000 locations globally.

Due to current demand & growth in the tax issue and their commitment to providing work space solutions at some of the world’s leading locations, they are looking for a Global Tax Manager to join their team in HK.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Tax, Global, you will be responsible for all Tax (including APAC & International Tax) related issues including local & custom tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax Audit, M&A and tax compliance filling around the world. You will also be a domain expert of the Group in Asia Pacific area and also to fully understand the business model via delivering tax related issues.

Your other responsibilities include:

• Implement, monitor and manage transfer pricing report and documentation
• Assist in direct tax and indirect tax audit from Tax Authorities
• Conduct research and provide pro-active tax advice on a wide range of topics and developments
• Answer custom tax enquiries from related regulators
• Keep up to date on latest tax development, monitor and evaluate impact of local tax law changes globally
• Assist in special tax projects / finance projects arranged by the Group
• Maintain a good relationship with different stakeholders to ensure an efficient tax support within the Group

Candidate Profile:
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience trained in big4. International Tax background is a plus. You must have a strong track record and experience in regional / global areas. You must be fluent in both written and spoken English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work at all levels. Prior experience or exposure in the MNC/Conglomerate is advantageous. Travelling is required (10% - 20%).
