Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute corporate finance related assignments, including direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, notifiable and connected transactions and other fund raising activities
• Assess potential investments, prepare business and investment analysis and proposals
• Participate and coordinate in due diligence exercises and assist in the preparation of circulars and announcements
• Assist in interim and annual audit and perform financial analysis on business units’ performance
• Co-ordinate with bankers on treasury matters
• Liaise with professional parties including external auditors, lawyers, valuers and sponsors, etc.
• Perform any ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance, with HKICPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage Minimum 4 years’ experiences, preferably with concrete experience in corporate finance and / or related fields or in HK listed company or BIG 4 auditing experience with strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements for deal execution
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with strong analytical mind
• Proactive, problem-solving and strong team player are essential attributes
• Immediate available is highly preferred
