JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data validation and implementation for accounting system change from SAP ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test for Finance and Controlling functions – including Fixed Assets, GL accounts and balances, AP/AR Open items and Purchase Order items.
• Meet all project timelines and deadlines.
• Participate in regular project meetings.
• Communicate with headquarters and local Finance to ensure that the migrated systems satisfy the needs of the company’s Finance and Control function.
• Supporting Finance Projects and ad hoc work.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• University Graduate preferably major in Accounting or Finance.
• Accounting and system implementation experience for at least 5 years.
• Excellent Team Player.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a logical manner with high volume of data.
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Numerate with the ability to analyse, process and present information concisely and clearly.
• Proactive and able to meet deadlines.
