Responsibilities:

1.        Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day accounting, treasury and tax functions of the company;
2.        Review, revise and enhance the operational and financial control procedures, rules and workflow;
3.        Responsible for the cost control & analysis, develop trends and projections for the company’s finances;
4.        Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff, while recommending further courses of action;
5.        Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take;
6.        Maintain the financial health of the organization;
7.        Perform full range of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with Companies Ordinance and other regulatory rules
8.        Liaise with internal and external parties for company formation, maintain and handle full set of company statutory records for Hong Kong and offshore companies
9.        Work closely with division/department users and provide insightful suggestions to facilitate business performance review and decision-making
10.    Support year-end audit and annual taxation
11.    Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

Requirements:

•          Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines (with an internationally recognized accounting qualification)
•          Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sizable company, preferably in hospitality industry
•          High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•          Self-driven and with strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and people management skills
•          Excellent Command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
