Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review the lease related proposals and documents; evaluate the completeness and reasonableness of the terms involved
- Assess leasing / revenue proposals compliance with the Group’s policies and procedures
- Conduct market research, analyze and prepare regular reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Property Management, or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience; Experience gained in leasing / property management field will be an advantage
- Good business sense and analytical skills
- Independent, Self-motivated, willing to learn and complete the work on time
- Accurate typing and good PC skills including English and Chinese Word Processing; Good in MS Office will be an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Occasional travel to the Mainland when required
