Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- French company
- Trading and sourcing office
- Main items : baby products like baby toys and baby accessories
- Main market : Europe
- We are looking for ACCOUNTING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to the French General Manager of HK office
- Manage Accounting team of 3 members
- Lead the Team to perform daily accounting routine and full set accounts of HK trading office
- Monitor daily fund flow
- Prepare period-end accounting schedules
- Accounting balance control, reporting & budgeting...etc
- Plan, source and implement new ERP system for accounting with outsourced IT firms
- Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related
- Over 10 years accounting experience; of which over 3 years in trading/buying offices/manufacturing companies is preferable
- Experience working under ERP
- Experience in implementing new ERP system for accounting team is a big plus
- Experience in audit firm is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Excel
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
