Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable transactions, data input and general clerical works for the accounting
• Handle staff expenses claim
• Ensure correct account coding of suppliers' invoices and appropriate cost center allocation
• To perform invoice billing
• Following up on outstanding account receivable
• Assist seniors in preparation of monthly Financial Analysis Reporting
• Ac-hoc assignments.

 Requirements:

• Diploma / LCCI Level 2 or above in Accounting
• 1-2 year’s relevant working experience is preferable but not a must (Fresh graduates would also be considered)
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (oral and written);
• Knowledge of word, excel, outlook and Chinese typing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, good time management and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate available is preferred
