Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute annual audit program
• Review and evaluate the system of internal control to ensure corporate policies and procedures are observed
• Prepare the audit report and findings to the senior management and committee; make recommendations for corrective actions
• Follow up on outstanding audit findings and provide advisory services to departments
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies if necessary 
• Perform ad hoc investigation periodically requested by the top management
• Based in Hong Kong with very limited travel

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Corporate Governance, or related discipline
• Holder of professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA
• Minimum 15 years’ internal audit experience obtained from listed companies, with 5 years at managerial level
• Good organization and project management skills
• Strong sense of accountability and able to work independently under a tight schedule
• Strong solving, analytical, interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in report writing skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered a DGM of Internal Audit
