Client Background: 

Our client is a property investment and holding investment company with over 50 years of property development and management experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties, including AR, AP, Invoice, data entry, filling, handling employee reimbursements, petty cash, etc
• Perform payroll calculation and processing
• Keep up to date on the latest accounting standards, taxation, payroll, MPF, etc
• Review profit and loss and balance sheet
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with LCCI Intermediate Level in Accounting
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the accounting field, preferred in the property management industry
• Initiative, ability to work independently and detail-oriented
• Proficient in both English, Cantonese, Mandarin
• PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel
• Experience in Flex system is a definite advantage
• Immediately available is preferable
