Job Description :

• Able to handle full sets of account books independent.
• Handle accounting duties, including AP/AR, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation
• Prepare vouchers & cheque payments
• Assist in the preparation of accounting reports and schedules.
• Assist handle annual audit tasks.
• Weekly Sales Statements to Overseas Agencies
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

• Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• 2 years or above relevant working experience
• Perform job with accuracy, detailed oriented, and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency & Strong in MS office including Word & Excel
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal)
• Strong sense of responsibility, independent and self-motivated

• Immediately available is highly preferable
