Job Description
1) Accounts Clerk
Duties:
- Perform daily accounting duties
- Handle A/P, A/R, data entry, voucher preparation and reconciliation
- Maintain filing system
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of accounting working experience
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel (vlook up and formula will be a plus) and Chinese Windows
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Mature, well-organized, hardworking, good communication skills, flexible in accepting assignments
- Less experience/ Fresh graduate with high calibre is also welcome
2) Operation TRAINEE
Duties:
- Assist in Food Expo / Wine Event & Exhibition
- Perform order checking before delivery and stock take
- Issue quotation, sales order and invoice
- Provide support sales team in all administration work and sales report
- Follow up promotion letter/leaflet & closely communicate with promoters
- Assist Sales Assistant in stock control and stock take when necessary
- Undertake ad hoc and operation duties as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience is a plus
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel (vlook up and formula will be a plus) and Chinese Windows
- Less experience / Fresh graduate with high calibre is also welcome
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
3) Event & Marketing Executive
Duties:
- Liaise with sales team & promoters to develop marketing campaigns
- Communicate with related parties to ensure promotional activities are properly executed
- Develop marketing collaterals and promotional materials
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events & exhibitions
- Regular market visits to obtain updated market information and insights
- Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Communication or related disciplines
- 1-2 years or above of related marketing experience in a trading sector
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Good computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Knowledge in adobe illustrator, Photoshop will be a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferable
