Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales Department
- Prepare vehicle licensing documents
- Liaise with internal/ external client for a smooth operation flow
- Prepare receipts and generate reports
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
- Higher Diploma or above
- 1 year's relevant working experience; with experience in motor industry will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team and work under pressure with tight deadline
- Passionate in Automotive Industry
