RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the recruitment process such as job posting, CV screening & interview arrangement
• Provide support to C&B functions including but not limited to MPF enrolment, medical claims & leave management
• Maintain accurate attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system
• Provide office administration and clerical support to the HR & Admin department
• Demonstrate strong employee relationship
• Assist in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

• Degree holder or undergraduate student in any discipline but preferable in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
• Independent, detail-minded, organized and accountable
• Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience, candidates with less experience will be considered for HR Assistant
• Basic PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred
