Job Description

You will be responsible for managing all recruitment duties and work closely with line departments to understand the hiring needs. You will be also responsible for reviewing, establishing and implementing HR policies & procedures and employees’ handbooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, establish and implement HR policies and procedures aligning with business needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including preparing job description, sourcing talents via various channels, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews according to defined standards
  • Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and those HR standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented in support area
  • Assist in creating and executing recruitment strategies & recruitment metrics
  • Work closely with the entire HR team in driving the implementation of company objectives and programs
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years talent acquisition working experience in sizable organization, experienced in FMCG/ F&B/ Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
  • A track record of successful cases in recruiting all levels of talent and by using various sourcing methods
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Hands-on, well-organized, proactive and detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Less experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
