Duties:

• Plan and execute the HR strategies to support the organization development
• Establish the hiring guideline and  strategies
• Liaise with line manager to ensure smooth and efficient man-power allocation
• Deliver valuable HR insight for sustainable resource development
• Supervise the HR and Admin Team performance
• Ensure the effectiveness of the admin team to support the group operations
• Provide coaching to junior team members and support the growth of personnel 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Admin or related disciplines
• 8-year experience in Human Resource with 2-year experience Manager grade
• Experience in MNC is a huge asset
• Experience in Retail Industry is preferred
• Friendly personality with a soft coaching and leading skills
