The Role:

• Provide secretarial support to department head including but not limited to: appointments coordination, calendar management, medical issues coordination, travel arrangements, etc.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as maintaining the documentation (electronic and hard copy) system, office supplies, proper management of office spaces and equipment, etc.
• Provide administrative supports on sponsorship activities of District Council Focus Team
• Prepare and modify documents such as ppt, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails for management

• Tertiary education with at least 10 years of related work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A fast learner who is self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize tasks on hand with strong problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
