Responsibilities:

• To perform receptionist’s duties including clients greetings, answering incoming calls and enquiries etc.;
• To provide clerical support;
• Any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above;
• 1-2 years of working experience;
• Willing to meet visitors;
• Polite, cheerful with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive, a good team player with good servicing mindset;
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
