Responsibilities:-

• Provide high quality recruitment & selection services to department managers;
• Manage recruitment proceed, new staff orientation and monitor attendance record;
• Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review and decision- making;
• Development and maintain an effective office administration procedures, general office maintenance and organize team building activity. 

Requirement: 

• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• 5 years or above in all rounded HR & Administration experience plus at least 2 years supervisory experience ;
• Experience in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and C & B;
• Solid organizational and interpersonal communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Mature and independent
