A smart, sophisticated with strong business acumen HR professional is required by our client, a blue-chip renowned property developer in Hong Kong. We are looking for a well-round HR group leader, who is capable of leading a big HR team, including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, C&B, Recruitment to manage the group level HR duties.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all-rounded functional HR areas including talent development & management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, resources planning, employee engagement, organizational development, training, etc.
• Monitor and implement HR strategies / policies / workflow in accordance to group business objectives
• Develop projects and HR improvement plan in talent development, training and performance management
• Drive and govern annual staff objectives and performance review process
• Review staff retention and talent attraction procedures on a regular basis
• Review salary banding & bonus scheme to ensure offers are complying with the C&B structure

• University degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
• More than 10 years of experience as all-round HR managerial level
• Experienced people leader, proven record in strategic HR planning and change management
• People-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Wide range and diverse knowledge in human resources management with solid experience in dynamic operating environment, culturally sensitive and have a good knowledge of different employment rules and ordinances
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
