• Responsible for the overall management and implementation of HR & Admin policies, procedures and guidelines
• Supervising the HR team and Administration team at Head Office on daily routine operations
• Handle all-rounded HR functions including staff recruitment, movement, leave management, compensation & benefits, training, etc.
• Prepare and update HR related reports on a regular basis
• Set up human resources policies and procedures
• Facilitate internal communication between departments and different level of employees
• Provide full spectrum of administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance
• Responsible for shop insurance arrangement, facilities/ equipment maintenance, contract renewal and etc.

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years HR and administration working experience
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related Ordinances and statutory requirements
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word processing
