About the client:

Our client is family with global investment around the globe. Their business scopes covers different scopes and achieves great success. Due to recent business expansion, they are looking a new EA. This position requires fluent spoken English as you may be required to manage overseas CEO properties renovation projects. It would be in an advantage if you have company secretary experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Work in a team of 3 executive assistants
• Mainly responsible for handling company secretarial matters for HK companies
• Provide administrative support to CEO such as appointment scheduling, etc.

Requirements:

• 5 years above experience in administrative support
• With abilities in English and Chinese reading and writing
• Stable working experience
