RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise a team of administration staff in delivering full range of quality office administration services including vehicle management, office supplies, utility management, courier services, business travel arrangement, building/facility repair and maintenance, renovation, staff cafeteria, staff shuttle bus services, building security management
• Establish and implement cost saving programs
• Vendor management including bidding, quotation and contract negotiation
• Assist in organizing company functions and events
• Budget preparation, monitoring on admin expenses and provide monthly cost analysis reports
• Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid Administration experience, with minimum 3 years in managerial level, working experience in Manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Experienced in facility management and building renovation
• Self-motivated, detail minded with strong good analytical and project management skills
• Mature, independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with different levels of staff and external parties
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
