Reporting to the CFO/COO, you will be part of the Operation Support Team, working in a generalist capacity involving the HR and Office Administration functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the human resources functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development
• Benefits administration including but not limited to leave management, staff medical claims and insurance renewal
• Collaborate with external and internal parties to facilitate communication between different departments in HR and Office Administration matters
• Organizing staff events and recreation activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in payroll and MPF administration
• Conversant with employment related ordinances and regulations
• Experience in using HR system (Alpha.net/ FlexiII) will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• 2-3 working days per week
• Immediate availability is preferred
