Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and operation departments to provide full spectrum of HR support including talent acquisitions, compensation & benefit, employee relations and performance management,etc.
• Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels as well as building talent pipelines
• To administrate the monthly payroll on timely basis with different kinds of reporting and analysis
• Responsible for frontline recruitment in an effective and efficient way
• Liaise with all shops in providing HR professional support
• Prepare HR reports and analysis on regular basis for strategic planning purpose
• Handle employees’ enquiries on related HR matters
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in handling HR operations, preferably with fashion retail experience
• Experience in hiring frontline positions, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
• Must have the experience in using HR system
• Good team player, self-motivated, equipped with a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive mindset
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and adaptability
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred
