What You’ll Do
The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment for our corporate office and property management business. Being part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive recruiter who is passionate about making an impact to our business by bringing in great talent.
Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager to implement recruitment strategies across all departments for the corporate office;
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from searching, attracting, screening, interviewing to hiring talent for assigned portfolios;
- Work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to identify talent needs and hiring priorities, make sure communication is timely and consistent at all stages;
- Develop and manage all sourcing channels and track their effectiveness, continuously look for new sourcing channels to expand our talent pool;
- Ensure all candidate-vetting requirements are met;
- Arrange and coordinate interviews for hiring managers;
- Provide analytics and recruitment reports; and
- Other projects assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition
Who You’ll Work With
Working with Hiring Managers, HRBPs and the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in communicating with internal stakeholders and external candidates to fulfill hiring needs.
Who You Are
You would have the following competencies and professional experiences:
- Degree holder with at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment;
- Familiar with HR information and management systems; HR ATS and CMS; experience working with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred;
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills;
- Be a field specialist in talent acquisition keep abreast of market trends and the talent landscape;
- Be a KPL’s ambassador at all stages of a recruitment process; representing the company’s brand professionally and in a manner that reflects the quality and values expected of a KPL’s employee;
- Result driven when working under pressure and on tight schedules;
- Develop solutions through working creatively and thinking out-of-the-box in order to fulfill hiring needs;
- Negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders and on candidate offers, ensure the best outcomes for all parties;
- Technologically savvy-ability to explore and use new recruitment technologies and tools to streamline workflows and to improve processes; and
- Be resilient and personally accountable.
