Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Liaise with shop and related parties for material delivery arrangement.
- Assist in frontline daily operations, including purchasing, monitor inventory and material storage level.
- Assist in checking defects or damaged goods if necessary.
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to office and frontline.
- Support management by providing insight from reports and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist and support new shops opening / renovation / re-instatement projects.
- Support ad-hoc projects and assignments.
Requirements:
- F.6 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Solid operation support experience in retail / beauty centre industry is a MUST
- Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible & willing to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient in using MS Office & Chinese word processing is a MUST
- Immediate availability is preferred
