Human Resources Manager (C&B Specialist)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources Compensation and Benefits functions 
• Review and update Corporate policies/HR policies and procedures in compliance with statutory requirements
• Budget preparation, annual salary review, bonus, benchmarking and tax reporting exercise
• Advise management on all C&B matters and compile regular reports for management review

• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience with strong experience in Compensation and Benefits
• Solid supervisory experience to lead the C&B Team
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office applications and SAP
