Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – Distribution Center (Kwai Chung & Yuen Long, 5-6 Day work, 17k - 25k+)

Responsibilities 

• Supervise the daily distribution center operations to fulfill customers and account management requirements 
• Investigate and follow up operational issues / customer requests and execute action plans to improve  
• Perform inventory control and related reports to achieve defined KPIs
• Manage the operations in full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations 

Requirements 

• F.5 or above 
• Min. 3 years’ experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable team of operators  
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor
